First-aid response teams from the Kirivong Operational District Health Office are stationed at the riverside park in Takeo province during the Water Festival.

Under the close guidance and support of Pharmacist Phan Van, Director of the Takeo Provincial Health Department, Mr. Nov Kdol, Chief of the Kirivong Operational District Health Office, led a first-aid team to be stationed at the Takeo provincial riverside park. The team was prepared to provide first-aid services and health interventions to local residents and tourists during the Water Festival celebrations. The Health Department of the Takeo Provincial Administration places high priority on the health of citizens—at all times and in all places.
