Pharmacist Phan Van, Director of the Health Department of the Takeo Provincial Administration

On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, Pharmacist Phan Van, Director of the Takeo Provincial Health Department, led a meeting regarding the organization of emergency response teams. This preparation aims to ensure readiness for duty during the Water Festival, which will take place in Takeo province from October 31 to November 1, 2026.
This meeting aims to strengthen preparedness, coordination, and response to emergency situations, in order to better ensure the safety, health, and well-being of citizens and tourists attending the festival.
On this occasion, we would like to inform the public that the Takeo Provincial Health Department, in collaboration with the Takeo Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, has entered one boat into the race, named "Sangkom Sokha Baramey Hun Tien."
